Ordering and Payment FAQs
1. What payment methods do you accept?
Direct PayPal transfers are accepted as well as eCheck, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please note that if payment is made with an eCheck, order processing time will be delayed until funds are verified. Personal checks, money orders and cashier’s checks are not accepted. Gift certificates and offer codes may be available in the future and will be accepted at that time.
2. Are prints available in sizes other than 5”x7”?
In most cases, yes. Please send me email for availability; be sure to include the title, ID# and the print size you are interested in.
Shipping and Delivery FAQs
1. Where do you ship to?
Currently, orders will be shipped to the 50 United States and APO/FPO military addresses. If you are outside the United States and would like to make a purchase, please send me an email for assistance.
2. What are the shipping and handling costs?
Shipping and handling costs will vary based on the size of your order. You can see how much shipping and handling will be for your order by viewing your shopping basket.
3. How will my order be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service’s First Class or Priority mail. Certain large orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx. All orders will have a delivery confirmation or tracking number which will be provided to you in a shipping notification email.
4. When will I receive my order?
All items are made-to-order, so processing time may vary. You will receive an email when your order is shipped, so you can expect delivery within 5-10 business days (or sooner!) of the shipment date. Please be aware that while I strive for correct addressing, I cannot be held liable for undeliverable, misdirected or lost mail.
Returns and Refunds FAQs
1. What is your return policy?
Returns will only be accepted as exchanges and only if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered. I pack all orders very carefully and cannot be held liable for items damaged during shipment. To be eligible for an exchange, you must return the incorrect item to me *in new condition* (cellophane cannot be opened), and the return postmark must be within one week of receipt. The correct item will be shipped to you within three business days of the day I receive the return.
For example: You receive your order on June 1st. The returned item must be postmarked by June 8th. If I receive the return on June 10th, I will ship the replacement within three business days.
2. What is your refund policy?
All sales are final unless found eligible for exchange as described above. No refunds will be issued.
